Refund policy

Returns must be requested within 14 days from the date of delivery.

Contact us at info@gundambliss.com and include the following information in the email:

  1. Your order number.
  2. Item(s) to be returned.

Item(s) returned without a return request will not be accepted.

 

Return Eligibility

  • Item(s) must be sealed in new condition, unopened, undamaged and with all original packaging and content.
  • We do not accept returns on consumables and liquid flammable items such as, but not limited to paints and aerosols.
  • We do not accept returns on discounted/sale items and open or damaged box items.
  • We do not accept returns on gift cards.

 

Return Process

  1. Once a return request is approved you will be provided an address to ship the item(s) to. Return shipping costs are at your expense.
  2. Item(s) will be inspected.
  3. If all conditions are met, we will issue a refund to the original payment method used to place the order.
